酒店環境一般，服務不行，我們定的房間房費包含了兩大兩小無限次温泉，但我們夫妻衹帶了一個孩子去泡温泉，孩子身高剛好一米五，我想兩小換一個一米五的孩子總可以吧，但服務員不同意，一定要我補一個成人的票才可以進！然後早餐也是，非得讓我補一個成人的早餐費才可以！我們定的是家庭房啊，不是單間，搞不懂為啥要這樣！非常強勢，搞得我們一家不愉快！
